1 Give a brief of family background & where you were brought up?

Originally from Dumfries & Galloway in Scotland, moved to London aged 9. Grew up in Twickenham…next to the Rugby ground.

2 What is your favourite hobby apart from playing?

I studied fashion, art and photography and still love painting and drawing

3 How did you break into the club scene ?

Used be a VJ (playing videos) for Kudos group, then bought some records, I loved and started playing on Escape decks, which led to job at Shadow lounge.

4 Describe your sound to the night you play (e.g Orange/AM/Beyond/Fusion/Rude Boyz)?

Orange is uplifting soulful vocal house. AM; slightly tougher with a deeper edge. Beyond & Fusion; a Fusion of the two.

5 What would you recommend to potential DJ's who are looking to break into the scene?

Don’t rely on playing all the big records that everyone else does, look for fresh tracks that you truly love

6 Tell us about a funny moment that happened to you whilst DJing?

I was playing at Beyond in the vip room and it was packed, I was dancing away, wearing headphones and a guy leans over and asked for a vodka tonic!
